Go to your nearest Access Bank Rwanda branch .
Fill out the form for the Visa card.
Once approved, your Visa card will be issued, and you can start using it                                                             

Terms of Use:
Available to Access Bank customers with an active account.
There may be annual maintenance fees, transaction fees, and foreign exchange charges.
For usage purposes,the card can be used for online shopping, in-store purchases, ATM withdrawals, and international transactions.
For security, protect your card details.
For credit cards, the limit is based on the applicant’s creditworthiness.
